Who We Are
ELFI AFRI-CLEAR Building Solution - Ghana Ltd is a joint venture between two Ghanaian companies, Clear Homes and African Solution Ltd (AFRISOL), and ELFI Building Solutions from the United States of America.
The companies have come together to form a consortium for the manufacturing and assembly of prefabricated panels for construction projects in Ghana.
Innovative Construction, Local Expertise, Global Partnership
ELFI's intellectual property is being transferred and assigned to the joint venture for operations and manufacturing, with majority ownership held by the Ghanaian companies (Clear Homes/AFRISOL) in a shareholding proportion of 80% and 20% respectively.
Clear Homes/AFRISOL is responsible for securing a facility for the manufacturing and operations of the venture, while ELFI will provide all necessary specifications, recommendations, and advise to ensure the most efficient and effective transition. Clear Homes/AFRISOL has already secured building contracts from both government and private institutions, and will be responsible for logistics, including customs clearance and transportation.
